Return and Exchange Policy

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

• After placing your order, the customer is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the measurements, according to our measurement guide and approved measurement method.

• All measurements are taken in inches from the front.

• The customer's usual abaya measurements should be entered, not body measurements (fit), as the abaya will be tailored based on the final abaya size.

• The length or width may be increased by approximately half an inch as a precaution to account for any potential fabric shrinkage after washing.

• Shrinkage is generally minimal, as we pre-wash and treat fabrics according to professional standards before tailoring to ensure consistent sizing and the quality of the final product.

• We guarantee that the customer will receive the abaya conforming to the measurements specified in these standards. We work with high professionalism and pay attention to the smallest details in every garment.

• All items tailored to the customer's specifications are considered special orders.

First: Returns and Exchanges

• Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Second: The Only Exception (Manufacturing Defect)

• Returns are only permitted in cases of manufacturing defects or obvious stitching flaws.

• In this case:

• The abaya will be altered or the size adjusted only; returns and exchanges are not permitted.

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• After this period, the right to claim is forfeited.

Third: Delivery and Collection

• The customer is responsible for the delivery costs for the first collection.

• In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect:

• We will cover all delivery costs.

• In all cases, please send the abaya for collection from the Ginacom office – Al Khoudh branch.

Fourth: Defect Reporting Mechanism

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

• Order number

• Clear photos showing the defect

• The request will be assessed and a response will be provided within 1–3 business days.

• Inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

• Misuse after receipt.

• An order is considered confirmed and final once production has begun and cannot be canceled.
