Kindly read this policy carefully before confirming your order, as placing an order constitutes full acceptance of all the terms outlined below.

1. Order Nature

▫️ All items are made-to-order and considered custom pieces, produced based on the customer’s selection.
▫️ Once the order is confirmed and production has begun, it is final and cannot be canceled.
▫️ Full payment is required in advance. We do not accept deposits.
▫️ Prices do not include delivery fees.

2. Measurements

▫️ The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all measurements provided, based on our approved measurement guide.
▫️ All measurements must be provided in inches and taken from the front.
▫️ Measurements must be based on an existing abaya (garment), not body measurements, as tailoring is based on the final garment size.
▫️ A tolerance of up to approximately 0.5 inch may be applied in length or width as a precautionary margin.
▫️ Fabrics are pre-treated and handled according to professional standards to maintain product quality and size consistency as much as possible.

3. Product Images

▫️ Some images may be enhanced or modified using artificial intelligence. Slight variations in color tones or embroidery details may occur, while maintaining approximately 90% similarity to the final product.

4. Production Timeline

▫️ Tailoring time ranges from 25 to 35 working days, excluding delivery time.
▫️ Urgent orders are not accepted.
▫️ In rare cases, delays may occur due to high order volume, holiday seasons, official holidays, or shortages in certain fabrics sourced specifically to ensure design quality. Timelines may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as general disruptions, supply chain issues, pandemics, or unstable conditions impacting shipping and sourcing.

5. Product Details

▫️ Each abaya comes with a matching shaila.
▫️ Abayas are produced without shoulder padding by default; padding can be added upon request at the time of order confirmation.
▫️ Buttons are not included by default and can be added based on the customer’s preference.
▫️ A unified fabric is used across all orders to ensure consistency in quality and execution.
▫️ If the customer prefers a different fabric, this must be requested before order confirmation, and any cost difference will be applied accordingly.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

▫️ As all items are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not permitted once production has begun.
▫️ Refunds are strictly not available under any circumstances related to change of mind or personal preference.
▫️ In the event of a production-related issue, it will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
▫️ The resolution in such cases is limited to adjustments/alterations only, with no return, exchange, or refund.
▫️ Any issue must be reported within 1 to 3 days from the date of delivery, and must be accompanied by clear photos showing the issue. After this period, no claims or requests will be accepted.

7. Delivery & Collection

▫️ Delivery fees for the initial shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
▫️ If a reported issue is reviewed and found to be due to the customer (e.g., incorrect measurements or approved details), the customer will bear all costs related to alterations, shipping, and re-delivery.
▫️ If the issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of the store, the brand will cover the re-delivery cost after completing the required adjustments.
▫️ All returns for review or adjustments must follow the store’s approved shipping process.

8. Reporting an Issue

▫️ Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email and provide:
▫️ Order number
▫️ Clear photos showing the issue
▫️ Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 1 to 3 working days.

9. General Notes

▫️ We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
▫️ We are not responsible for any misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery.
▫️ Any additional alterations outside production-related issues may be subject to extra charges depending on the nature of the adjustment.
