▫️ يتم الدفع مقدمًا كاملًا، والسعر لا يشمل التوصيل.

▫️ مسؤولية صحة القياسات تقع على الزبونة بالكامل.

▫️ القياسات تُؤخذ بالإنش، من الجهة الأمامية، وعلى قياس العباية وليس الجسم.

▫️ بعض الصور قد تكون محسّنة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، لذلك قد يظهر اختلاف بسيط في اللون أو تفاصيل التطريز.

▫️ مدة التنفيذ من 25 إلى 35 يوم عمل، بدون مدة التوصيل.

▫️ لا نستقبل الطلبات المستعجلة.

▫️ لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال أو استرداد للمبلغ بعد تثبيت الطلب وبدء التنفيذ.

▫️ تُستقبل الملاحظات خلال 1–3 أيام من الاستلام فقط، مع إرسال صور واضحة.

▫️ في حال كان الخطأ بسبب القياسات أو تفاصيل معتمدة من الزبونة، تتحمل الزبونة تكاليف التعديل والشحن.

▫️ في حال ثبت أن الملاحظة من تنفيذ المتجر، نتحمل تكلفة إعادة التوصيل بعد التعديل.

▫️ All pieces are custom-made upon order and considered personalized items.

▫️ Confirming the order means acceptance of the store policy.

▫️ Full payment is required in advance. Delivery fees are not included.

▫️ The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate measurements.

▫️ Measurements must be provided in inches, from the front side, and based on an abaya measurement — not body measurements.

▫️ Some displayed images may be enhanced using AI, therefore slight differences in color tones or embroidery details may occur.

▫️ Tailoring time is 25–35 working days, excluding delivery time.

▫️ Urgent orders are not accepted.

▫️ No refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order is confirmed and production has started.

▫️ Any notes or concerns must be reported within 1–3 days of receiving the order, with clear photos attached.

▫️ If the issue is related to customer-provided measurements or approved details, the customer bears the cost of alteration and shipping.

▫️ If the issue is confirmed to be from the store’s side, we will cover the re-delivery cost after alteration.
